NAKED TAN ONLINE ORDERING AND SHIPPING
At the end of the ordering process, you are invited to click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button, which will confirm your order.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and payment has been processed.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact info@nakedtan.com.au.

ISSUE WITH DELIVERY
Any claim for short delivery, delivery of the wrong product or delivery of damaged product must be notified to Naked Tan within 24 hours of delivery. Naked Tan will not be liable for any claim made outside this time frame.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS  
$13.95 FLAT RATE REGULAR POST
$30 AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS OR TNT EXPRESS

It is suggested that customers provide a physical delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9am – 5pm.
Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection; All orders are dispatched same day if you order before 2pm. All order after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, you will be emailed a freight quote to confirm.  All orders will be dispatched by FedEx based on size of order and dispatched by the next business day.

NZ: Orders Under 5kg - $30 - Dispatched with Aramex
USA: Orders Under 2kg - $40 AUD
CANADA: Orders Under 2kg - $35AUD

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: You will be contacted with a freight quote


DOMESTIC DELIVERY 
Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).  All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW.  Estimated delivery is between 2 - 7 business days. *Please note there may be delays in delivery times*

We ship order using Aramex, Australia post and TNT.

Our default courier is Aramex. If you would like to request another courier please add this in the order notes at checkout.It is recommended to visit their individual websites for transit times as we cannot give out exact ETA's. Once your order leaves out warehouse it is in the hands of the courier. Should you have any issues with tracking and delivery please contact the courier company.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery time will be between 5 and 15 working days depending on location. There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery time frame. Should you wish to track your order at any stage please email our team at info@nakedtan.com.au
 
UPDATING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Naked Tan will update the shipping address providing the order has not been sent to our warehouse for dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, any charges applied by the courier to redirect the item will be passed onto the receiver.
